How can you create multiple players on franchise mode or you cant?
I wanted to create multiple players and bring them on my franchise mode like i did on Madden 17..... but some reason I cant do it on this Madden whats up with that?

I created multiple players. The only thing I've noticed is your team can max out a roster. So it wont let you put that player on your team in creation mode if you have a maxed out roster. So try going in and releasing some players. I do this every year as well so see if that works.
