How come NTL was pulled earlier? misleading!!

 allow me to share my frustration and perhaps you may shed some light and explanation. Monday morning (Dec 1st) i decided to invest on the NTL set AFTER checking that the set said it would be available until Dec. 11th, so i invested my money to get the tickets, and was short 11 (knew i was gonna be short, but did not worry because i still had 10 days to come up with the rest), then i got home from work and the set was gone... now, i spent more than i want to admit to have 189 blitz tickets, and you guys simply take it down? have you purposely mislead us?
