How do I change my security question on my Origin account?

I do not remember the answer to my Origin account and I cannot sign up for MUT Rewards. Someone please help.

@Wackdell Hey, if you contact support, they can assist with straightening this out.

Start here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/contact-ea-help/

Follow the steps after clicking Contact Us towards the bottom of the page, and choose Account Security > SQA add/change then pop in a brief descriptor of the issue ("I need to update my security question" for example)
