How do I get EA to call me for support?

I continue to get to the part where they suggest a live chat or phone call.  I fill out the pertinent info and never have the opportunity to click on the request a call or request chat button.  I've been at this hours......all I need to do is change the email on my account - until then I can't play online and I'm about done with this!
