how do i increase rep?

Been trying for 2 days to get a match on xbox live, and have had zero success... just noticed my rep has took a nose dive into "avoid me"  not gonna lie been suspended a few times for communications bc people talk * after they lose, and i responded...  but i also know ive been given bad rep after beating people... and now, i cant play... literally been searching for 2 days and havent had 1 game....  Went to bed last night searching, and woke up.... still searching.... 

how do i fix this...
