How do I manually save an offline franchise?

I tried pressing the touchpad but that doesn’t work.

Hey @49BeastER, 

Hitting the touchpad should bring up the save screen in Franchise mode. Where are you in-game when you're trying to save? Are you in a particular part of the menu?

    @EA_Kent I’m in my franchise, usually on the first screen but I have tried it on other screens in my franchise also. I’ve tried using both of my controllers too. Literally nothing happens when I press the touchpad.

      Hmm, gotcha. Just to confirm, you are playing on PS4, or are you using a PS4 controller to play on PC?
