how do I redeem my pre-order packs for madden 17?

- I ordered the Super Deluxe version on XBOX live for my son (XBOX ONE). It said he would get 15 draft tickets (something like that) and up to 30 ALL PRO Packs. He played the trial and yesterday he was able to start playing again the final released version. He logged in and did get his tickets. He only got 1 ALL PRO pack though. Is this normal only to get 1? I know the two other pre order versions advertise up to 10 and 15, respectively. How/when will he get the rest of his ALL PRO packs?
- If anyone knows for sure feel free to confirm. I think I found the answer to my question. The packs are released 1 a week for 30 weeks as long as you log on. Thanks everyone.
- So I tried all of those and still have no packs wtf I just spent 83.45 for this and this is what I get not satisfied at all
just saying you guys at ea sucks for making people think you get packs instantly when really you get one a week. 😠
making people spend more money to help jump start there team when i reality you have to wait 10 weeks for all the packs useless.
