how do I redeem my pre-order packs for madden 17?

How do i redeem my free packs? Pre - Ordered from amazon but no codes came in the box.

last year the packs came out one at a time each week and were released at the same 'time' you received the first one.  So if you started madden at noon on a tuesday, you should get your next pack at noon on a tuesday.
