How do you restart madden ultimate team

Sorry but you can not restart your team in Ultimite team, What I did was sell/put on auction all the players so you get a lot of coins and so you start with your original team

i am totally new at football and also totally new at playing madden 15.

after some hours of playing i started to play the ultimate team mode.

after getting more and more contact with this sport 

and also getting contact with this ultimate team playing mode.

I realized that some decisions in the past were stupid or not very clever.

Now  I would like to restart the ultimate team mode because now i got different point of view about football.

I would like to use this new knowledge.

You can't. You can only have one Ultimate Team per gamertag. 

In Madden 15 (Xbox One), you could go to Manage Game under 'My Games and Apps' and delete the small reserve data to the right of the game data itself. It's the 5kb-25kb of saved info for your account. When it asks to delete for your xbox or everywhere, choose 'Delete Everywhere'. In Madden 15 I restarted my MUT 3 or 4 times, I haven't tried in 16 though.
