How do you transfer Madden 15 ultimate team roster from xbox 360 to xbox one?

It says in EA Sports Q&A that it can be done but ive been trying to figure it out for days. Ive bought both games for xbox one and 360 and i want my items off of my 360 account. Ive paid over 100$ in games and another 50 on in game mut purchases. I want my points as well. I am an every year buyer and it is bs they make it so hard to switch. Bet i wont b buying any more EA products if they cant allow us to get our items.

Did they tell you what month because i need to transfer my stuff. This is really bs.

Has the transfer issue been solved? I just tried and all that happened was that I got duplicates of cards that I already owned on the Xbox One.

I still can't transfer mine and I'm debating on trading in or selling the gem cause of this, I spent months on ultimate team and now my team is unable to be used so why would I have a game if I can't even play with the team I want
