How to reset security code

I think you need to contact and EA Advisor for this one : https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

From the top right, log in and choose your region. Choose 'Origin' as your game or service, whichever platform you're on, 'Manage my account' for topic, and 'Manage security settings' for issue. Pick whichever Origin version you might be using, whichever fits best your issue for "What security settings are you trying to setup or change?" , and be honest with the "Have you previously tried to manage your account and security settings at http://origin.com/account?" question.  Click the blue 'Select contact option' button and you should get to the support in no time.
