Please fix the overpowered blitz glitch cause to me its cheating when playing online and only those that use it to win will say different so please fix it

Community ManagerDo you have a video you can link here so we can see the play they're using so others can help toss you some plays to counter it? It sounds like you're referring to the blitz play where the linebackers come in from both sides. For that one, swing passes or screens work well.
No nothing works against certain blitzes I double teamed I'd the Mike on the side maxed protected and put my te on pass block either sack or a pick an you can't do nothing about it except quit the game 70 to 80 % of people do this online an it's not fun to deal with when you can't do anything at all
- @Mr_DaddyJ_93 I can only speak for myself, but in the 8000+ games since my first online game in November 2002, I've never encountered a blitz I wasn't able to block for long enough to run a consistently productive offense. That was before slide protecction, ID the Mike, double teams, or Max protect were even added to the offense's arsenal, so pardon me if I seem a little weary of the "all I can do is quit" angle because I'm facing the same online players as everyone else and I'm blocking it...
I'll preface this post with a philosophy that is commonly overlooked, but should inform our strategic decisions. Football is about getting the right players to the right places at the right time; in essence, there are only three things to worry about: Personnel, Position, and Tempo.
I challenge you to do more. Remember, I'm haven't used shotgun in 17 years. Ask yourself:
- Are you positioning your players to be able to block a blitz through formation?
- Are you taking too long to spot open man?
- Are you maximizing your protection by staying in the pocket?
By my count, you've tried about 4 of the possible hundred or so things you could use to solve your protection problem. The reason 70-80% of people online use the same things isn't because it's a glitch, it's because the average Madden player hasn't figured it out and quits before they find a solution...
You can block ANY BLITZ - if you really want to. Or you could complain about not wanting to and not block the blitz. I'll help you if you want, or you can stay frustrated. Choice is yours.
LaterSo if I block my te slide my line double team I'd the Mike Block my rb all in the same play every play an their x factor Lawrence Taylor gets to me before I can drop back or if they get through the middle or the left what then? My linemen get dumbed out by these blitzes that's broken I shouldn't have to do 50 different things just to do 1 play when all they have to do is 2 things that's boring an extremely effective blitzes are ok but when all you have to do is blitz the entire get an get to me before I even drop that's an issue i don't always run gun. Even then if the blitz don't get me it's perfect man coverage an run d I have an 89 overall team an can't do nothing sometimes. An yeah your right FOOTBALL is about all those things but linemen in Real life don't run past who they gotta block same with rbs same with tes this is not reality it's a broken game with issues an im talking about mut.
Lmao go look at YouTube you'll find the videos titled instant sack or something along those lines
- @Mr_DaddyJ_93 No offense, but I've been playing Madden longer than you've been alive and I'm aware of the YouTube videos that are titled instant blitz, of which, none of them are instant. The fastest blitz I've ever seen, got to the QB on a straight drop before the QB could take two steps... But it was easily blocked with a FB in a standard I-Form Normal formation.
With all due respect, I've sponsored tournaments, own the longest continuously running Madden site on Earth, and have been running an offense exclusively from under center for the last 17 years. Trust me, there is NOTHING YouTube has that I can't block...
Test me: Link to any video you want and I'll tell you what I'd do to block it.
Remember, people that post blitzes on YouTube will post their blitz in a way that makes it look most effective. They won't show it against formations, or blocking schemes that the blitz is weak or ineffective against. So while they say "there's nothing you can do," there is.
Sadly, I'm not special. If I can block them, anyone can. But only if they WANT to block more than they want to complain.

I really like the idea of posting video examples of blitzes in here so we can all discuss what offensive plays can help counter them. I know where you're coming from though, @Mr_DaddyJ_93 on how some seem impossible to block based off how fast the defenders can get to the QB. A lot of players will stack one side so your linemen are outnumbered, so switching up the play with an audible is crucial at times to throw them off.
Let's get some examples going in here. This is only going to make us all better, after all. 👍
