not only in madd 20 but for the past aprox 5 years my call challenges during a game and instant replays are locked when playing an online opponent. what am i missing???????

Community ManagerI get how after some games you can be frustrated and feel the need to vent it somewhere, but that type of feedback doesn't really give us any information on what we should relay back to the dev team on what they should address, nor does it really promote any healthy discussions here.
The Community Managers here are responsible for letting the Madden team know what issues are affecting players in which they should prioritize to address and what features of the game they should look into adding/tweak/remove. If there's something particular since Madden 15 you want addressed please let us know by creating a topic for discussion so we can gather some sentiment around it. 👍
I've had a lot of situations that I saw and needed to toss that red flag out in order to change the outcome of the game but am always unable to will you be fixing this problem?
why are cllenges and instant replay locked playing online. If theres no way to unlock why even have it on the screen. The older versions around one to challenge during a game
First of all you’re first reply stated others had the same problem. Having said that what gives you the right to condemn a loyal customer by stating we have no moms here.
That was so in professional and personal to me since my mother past at an early age of 38 do to cancer.

I've gotten replays asking what game l was talking about just yesterday once again when l sent in Madden 20 twice.
@EA_Blueberry Why even have challenges on the game if you can’t use it in game. Even if replays are locked, you have like 30 seconds per pause. The pause would time out anyways. Not trying to disrespect y’all’s hard work and I’m sure there was a reason to do it but it just feels like someone was being lazy and didn’t want to develop that feature.
When I’m playing online in Madden and I pick the perfect pass defense versus a pass that stays in the air too long, I will user lurk and catch the interception in the back of the end zone. My player will get both feet down in the end zone. However the pass will be called as incomplete and my opponent has another shot to score.
Normally, I’d go to challenge the play but you’ve disabled this feature for years now online. My question is, if you’re going for a realistic NFL simulator, especially this year with the focus on challenges, why would you make this feature blanked out 90% of the time?
