human verification error mut 21 freezes game

@tptdude deleted app, waited 30 mins, got 10 mins in before it happened again. After I went back on it auto appeared. Does the auto-appearance happen for you normally if you force quit on the freeze and log back on? 

yes sometimes i am frozen out for hours or just an hour or days it depends but it will reappear after restarting even the game pc and router/modem, so....  the only thing that did maybe help was playing face of the franchise mode games

I just got this game, dumped money into it and now feel like ive been suck with a curse @tptdude 

At first I thought it was just coincidence about playing face of the franchise, but after being locked out of MUT for almost a straight day, I realized that completing an entire storyline in FOTF does remove the MUT human verification. It still returns quickly, but I have consistently been unlocked in MUT every time I finished an entire storyline in FOTF. Sometimes just completing one game finished the storyline, so it wasn't clear until I got to the "dream team" storyline, which covers an entire season. I checked into MUT after playing each game throughout that storyline, and after being locked out of MUT for over a day, I realized it's about completing the storyline and not just a single game in FOTF necessarily. Sometimes I have to reload the computer/origin/game to get the verification to go away, so also consider restarting before you check into MUT each time between games. 

Give it a try and if you don't want to play it just autosim and skip through as much of it as you can to see if it works!?  Just keep checking back in MUT after each game and see if it goes away.

I'm also noticing I get signed out of origin and it crashes when the verification returns. If i access MUT and the verification has already been there, then that won't happen. Its the return of the captcha after I get rid of it from playing FOTF that makes origin crash specifically.  

I also have issues closing and alt/Tabing out of madden when this verification error is happening.

I have found a solution for this. Make a new account on your computer, make it an administrator and run it through that account. It will load it properly

tried your advice and the verification loaded if I "run as admin" when opening the game

so the verification still comes back pretty quickly, and when it does, I have to create a new microsoft account each time to remove the verification error. is there a faster way to deal with this problem or a possible fix coming down the road???

I'm having the same problem. Dont know what to do, tried different account. It happens again.

Well, i cant play at all, as soon as i enter mut, it appears the human  verification and I cant do anything. Lets see how this goes. I tried uninstalling booth Origin and the game. Nothing works. 

I just discovered a much more efficient fix:

Win+R

run :%temp%

delete everything

restart

What this trigger? The error message stop, now you can solve The human verification?

It works for me too. But you have to delete that folder everytime you leave the game. 

evilmadclowns original suggestion does work but is much less efficient. why/who marked it as the accepted solution!?

EA support promised me they would address my concern if a minimum of 3 people reported the issue so what the heck are they trying to pull here?

You can always tell if it's going to fail because the black dropshadow around the box is more apparent.

When it fails, the dropshadow only appears for a split second.

EA "support" marked my support request as "solved" after doing nothing to solve it.

Thank you for sharing that workaround fix. Clearing the cache is a proven method to fix issues that might show up in games. The verification usually shows up if you're moving extremely quick that mimics bot-like behavior. I understand it can be annoying to encounter and even more so if it's freezing on you. We want to make sure the economy is protected and we'll relay feedback to the team if you think the verification showing up is a little excessive than it should be, but the game shouldn't freeze on you at all.

Can you all respond back with a DxDiag and conform the Origin ID you play on so we can pass these details over to the team? Thanks!
