human verification error mut 21 freezes game

@EA_Blueberry I have contacted support over 30 times in the last year experiencing the same problem and EA was never able to help. This was only accomplished bc of support from the player community. I have submitted so many dxdiags, msinfos, uotraces.... it never accomplished anything. YOU marked the wrong answer as the solution and clearly are not interested in solving the problem. I still have to delete the temp folder every time the game launches, I get the verification multiple times a day, and it freezes for everyone I know who has encountered the problem!
