It really does not make sense that you can turn all these settings off and on but two of them and you should have full control of any settings if you commissioner. The salary cap and pre-existing injuries. Mostly the salary cap not being able to toggle back on is an issue. Please give us some form of update or patch!
This is ridiculous we need a patch seriously
