I received a code to redeem an ultimate team pack and I visited the website and could not enter any code. The site told me I dont have a gamer code connected to this device so i had to sign in on a console. I signed in on my console and bought a 4.99 subscription and STILL cannot enter in my code. Please help!

There are different ways you can redeem a code depending on what it's for.
If it's for an Xbox account see if you can redeem it HERE
If it's a specific item for your Madden Ultimate Team, there is a section in game where you can redeem it.
