I believe I was scammed can someone help??

My 10 year old son was on his Playstation4 when he was contacted by email regarding a MUT reward.  The person contacting him was named EaMutRichard requesting that he sign into his EA sports account to receive his reward I was very skeptical of the whole thing, but it seemed legit (need to state that I am clueless when it comes to video games) so I told him to sign into the account but don't give any personal information etc... which he did not.  All he did was sign into his EA account and was told in 24 hours he would receive his reward by code. When he logged onto his account this morning his 2 best players were missing and there was no rewards code!!! Can we get those back or are we just at a loss he is devastated he worked so hard to earn those players!

Thank you,

Kari

I recieved a similar message with a link that looked legit but def was not. Im guessing this is a scam. If i can help your son get a card or two back let me know been playing for years nd hate to see this sort of thing. You will never get a dm on psn from a legitimate ource it will be emailed to the proper account or directly given via madden.

Sorry to hear about this lmk if i can help.
