I can’t access madden 21 ps5

So basically the past 5 months ea has denied me access to madden 21. If you look at the attachments I can’t play the game. I tried and tried to get help but no one has helped me or given me any type of answer as to why this is happening. I tried emailing people but they all gave me the roundabout and sent me to other people. So I finally tried to live chat and one of the executives told me to do the the troubleshooting and nothing helped and another one said the server was down which wasn’t true cause I had friends online playing madden at the same time. I just need help trying to get my game/account to work again. I really hope you can help me. Idk if I have to unlink my ea account from my psn account or what? I tried to do that but since I’m a new account I can’t unlink my account until August 1st. Also I have tried madden 21 on my other accounts and the other accounts work perfectly fine. It’s just this account that won’t let me access the game. I have provided pictures as well. I’m also not banned. All the agents have said my account is in good standing. Basically I have no access amd I can’t even play the game. Btw my other account works
