I can’t login ea account on madden 22 password reset issue

I reset it on the proper account. Hell I even created a new account and reset that one. Nothing is working and there's no one to speak to that knows the answers it seems. Very disappointed

Having the same issue on Madden 24. Reset the password to the correct account and even made a new one and still doesn't work. * ridiculous

same, no actual Log in in Game(Madden 24) either. Dumb! But mine is due to an unusable Yahoo email address I used to create account maybe 20yrs ago because Yahoo got hacked not as many years ago. Still know user and pass but yahoo doesnt allow its use. So I cannot reset that pass. Or use that email. Created a new one in my psn account but ea doesnt care. It has to match obsolete crap or no go. So no more ea games I guess it is. Gotta go return Madden24!

Had to delete NFS Games too sadly. Same reason.

For the record I have followed every path to a resolution on this, with the exception of the hackers who instantly volunteered to help. All paths lead to the same place. The ea.help homepage. No phones no emails, no response on twitter or instagram, again except by hackers. Just an endless loop of changing a password that dont need changing. An email address linked to my psn account needs to be changed. But you cant seemingly get to anyone at ea that can do that.
