I can’t play 10 hour trial of madden 21 or ufc 4

I have ea play and I have installed the madden 21 and ufc 4 trial but it won’t let me play saying ”I don’t have the  license for it” do I have to purchase the game to play or what’s this error about?...

    Hey all,

    Which platform are you playing on? Have you checked to make sure that your Xbox or PS4 is set as your account's home console?
