I can’t play squads play a friend

When my friend invite me on anything in madden it does nothing. Then when I invite them to my game and start it we are waiting for a game for 10 mins when I put the same password

    Hi @Oakcali73. 

    Let's try running through some troubleshooting here to see if we can get this fixed for you. First, try the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. That can help out with quite a few different connection-related issues. 

    If you're still having trouble after that we also have some more platform-specific steps that might help as well: 

    - Xbox

    - PlayStation 4

    - PC
