i can't connect to ea servers and it's been over a week

I bought the game on it's release date and i never tried playing online until i tried the madden ultimate team mode i played that for a while set my team up but as soon as september 1st hit i have be...

SAME issue here. I bought this game the day it was released and have only been able to play a handful of online Ultimate Team games. I'm lucky if I can even get a game in before being kicked...but usually I just can't connect at all. Not to mention I bought the Ultimate Team edition and didn't get my packs either lol! What a joke...WE NEED HELP ON THIS ISSUE ASAP! That or I'm with the OP on receiving a refund. This game is literally broken.
