11 years agoDo they give refunds? Mine's been out since Sunday. I spent all day on the phone yesterday. After finally speaking with someone on the "specialist" level, I was told my ultimate team data is corrupt. I'm still waiting to find out their solution to the problem. I can use the auction feature. But I'm pretty much locked out of solo challenges and head to head in ultimate mode. I lose my connection to the ea server each time I try to play. (All other game modes work). I even went and replaced my router at the cable company. I troubleshooted with 5 or 6 EA techs yesterday, literally on the phone for about 8 hours yesterday. Hopefully they get this figured out soon. Pretty disappointing.
