I can't play online

I have been trying to play weekend league, but whenever I get into a game it says something like "connection no longer available." and for some reason I get the win. I really just want to play the ga...

    Live chat may not be available at the moment due to Holiday hours. If you need to create a chat it might be best to try again later this week when the EA Help team returns to their normal coverage.

Hi @ShadowSnipez21. 

Have you checked to see if the codes might be getting sent to your spam or junk mail folder? Sometimes our automated emails can get caught up in spam filters. 

If you're still not seeing the verification code emails at all the best thing to do would be to reach out to the EA Help team. They should be able to help get the codes sorted out for you. For more details on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. 

If you prefer you can also speak with them through Twitter or Facebook as well.

    Gotcha. The best thing to do in that case would be to reach out to the EA Help team so they can help get this figured out. I'm afraid that account issues like this aren't something we're able to investigate here on Answers HQ.
