I did not receive my twitch prime packs

I linked my ea account and twitch prime account and it said I had claimed my packs but i have yet to receive them.

Hey, all.

Have you tried un-linking your EA account from the Twitch account and then re-added them?

It sounds like you all have the correct EA account linked up to your Twitch account, but just to make sure, double-check the email you have assigned to your EA account before re-adding the Twitch connection.

I haven't got my twitch prime rewards when I have Amazon Prime linked it to my Twitch, and I activated twitch prime. My twitch is linked to my ea account, and then I went to twitch prime loot and claimed the Super Bowl Packs as well as the Playoff pack. They are listed as claimed, however I haven't received them in ultimate team. I contacted Twitch as well as Amazon and they both say its on EA's end. What can I do to fix this?

I have done the same thing and tried for months. They make this process too involved. I should be getting my packs. I have linked and unlinked multiple times. Nothing. This is unacceptable

Hey same problem. You cannot unlink and link again it makes you way months to link again. Why aren’t my rewards ever awarded? Now madden 22 the same problem and I pay a lot of money into this game.
