For which platform was it that you purchased the game? What are you seeing when you try starting it up? Do you get any error messages or anything?

I’m bought a disk for Xbox One and it won’t load.any suggestions?
I have it on the PS4 and the game won’t launch or go past the loading screen
- @dingoatemyhorse @stevepetten I'm not exactly sure whether your issue is the same as here (see link below). I quickly screened the posts but did not see a solution. ☹️obviously a lot of players seem to have an issue loading the game on Xbox and PS4. I hope there will be a solution soon.
