I have the disk for Madden 21 and the game will not load

I have it on the PS4 and the game won’t launch or go past the loading screen
@dingoatemyhorse @stevepetten I'm not exactly sure whether your issue is the same as here (see link below). I quickly screened the posts but did not see a solution. ☹️obviously a lot of players seem to have an issue loading the game on Xbox and PS4. I hope there will be a solution soon.

I also have the Madden 21 disc for XBox Series X. It does not get past the loading screen for me. Simply crashes back to main Xbox screens.
