I i bought madden 18 on a disk and it keeps freezing/skipping help
my disk is installing but it keeps skipping and freezing for about 15-20 seconds. why? should i return it?

Community ManagerIf the disk looks damaged at all, I would return it for an undamaged copy.

What should be done if the Disk isn't damaged at all and the same things keep happening?

It's not the disc. I chose the dig. Copy. It freezes and always wants to punt. Even on 1st down. So it's Not pleasurably to be out of timeouts with 3 minutes left in the first quarter. I have been troubleshooting with MS and then tried EA. Had a router replaced yesterday and still the same problem. So disappointed. You are not alone brother
