i keep getting an unexpected error occurred while starting game
every time i try to load into an online game it will either load for a minute or 0 seconds and then it will say an unexpected error occurred while starting your game. the only fix i’ve found is temporary and i have to restart my ps4 to do it. this will only let me play a couple games unbothered before it gives me the same message again when trying to start a game.

I'd like to try out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help fix the issues you've been seeing. When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still getting the same error message after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.
