This is getting absolutely absurd. I am getting kicked outEA madden games at complete random during games. This has happened to AT LEAST 20% of my games. Its unbelievable. More recently I’m up 35-8 and i get kicked out and I get a loss. This affects my ranking (currently not ranked even tho i have more points than people that are ranked. This is *. FIX THIS * MAN. i have clipped times where i am getting kicked out. It makes absolutely no sense. It is NOT my internet. I am hard wired connected and i don’t get kicked out of PSN

To start with, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

We're not aware of any issue currently so we should go through some connection troubleshooting. To start with, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

It’s not a connection issue it’s the game this needs to be fixed. I’m up 19-14 and i get kicked out before half. I’m up 28-14 i get kicked out. 2 games which would’ve been a 5-1 season like come on now i miss playoffs and can’t move up for rewards. This gotta be fixed

it seems that the community has brought this to your attention. Now you’re aware of a “problem”. This is such an ongoing issue that I’m considering deleting the game from my Xbox.

Bro for the past three playoffs including being in a Super Bowl I have been kicked out or win the game and ea still gives me the loss this * needs to be fixed.

@EA_Aljo bro what are you talking about my buddy is playing a game that takes up way more internet and is running smoothly, but on my brand new PS5 I get kicked out at in the playoffs and only the playoffs include one Super Bowl for the past three runs

lol, guess what? I got banned from the auction house shortly after posting that. Definitely not retaliation. They won’t tell me how long I’m banned, or really anything at all other than sorry about your luck.

What’s crazy about it is I’m probably getting kicked by my opponent who is cheating the game, yet here I am, the one who’s banned. It’s unfortunate, I was really enjoying MUT this year, aside from the server issues that they’re pretending don’t exist. Everyone knows we’re all idiots and don’t have good enough internet to play online.

This just happens to me i am 3 and 0 about to be 4 and 0 winning 32 to 21 and get kicked with 17 seconds left and it counts as a loss can i get this fixed?
