I never recieved my pre order redeem code for madden 15

Hey,

I pre ordered Madden 15 digital copy on the playstation store for my ps4. I never recieved a redeem code for my pre order reward. I called sony and they said EA is supposed to have sent me an email, that its nothing they can do.

I had hoped that the reward would just be attached to the game file, but when I open MUT there is nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
