I never recieved my pre order redeem code for madden 15

I paid for Madden 15 per Xbox (digital downloadn bundle) and I never received my redeem code for the 30 free packs for Madden Ultimate team.  Should I receive an email with the code? Thanks, Xan

I pre ordered madden 15 @ gamestop. I did not receive a code for an EA ultimate stadium and pack.

    This is ridicuoulous and I get some idiot on chat that knows nothing about it. Yet I play people in mut that have it!

    Mine hasent been given to me even though the person i talked to on the live chat said i would get it on Monday.
