EDIT: I've just seen that you posted your issue twice. I guess it happened accidentally but please do not post the same more than once on purpose! since the community managers continuously screen the forums and provide answers as soon as they can, duplicates cause more work for them and increase the waiting time for all players to get answers .... thank you!
