I put my Gamestop code in successfully but nothing has come through

I put the deluxe code in, and got it immediately 1 elite fantasy pack 12 gold team packs 1 uniform pack But nothing from my gamestop pre order on maddenrewards.com  Help?

    If you pre order the deluxe version, there is a code inside the box

        @EA_Kent My code not working said it all set and when I open up ultimate team nothing there
