I want twitch prime rewards but don't have authentication codes for EA account

I want to get twitch prime rewards (which I am eligible for on twitch) however I don't have access to my authentication codes because I deleted the app on my phone.  I'm already logged in on my PC bu...

At certain times of the day our Advisors can get quite busy and you will see a message like that.

Try contacting us earlier or later in the day or depending on the options you choose during the 'contact us' process, you may be able to contact us by phone.

I've tried at almost every different time in the day and I can't contact by phone.
