Summarize your bug I was tied in the 4th quarter and my opponent was going to kick the game winner with 30 seconds left and I called timeout before the kick and icing the kicker did NOT trigger I don’t get why, does this scenario not trigger it by design?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Kick a fg in the scenario I described
What happens when the bug occurs? Icing the kicker does not trigger
What do you expect to see? Icing the kicker trigger when I call timeout in the 4th before a big fg attempt
