So my complaint with EA gets worse. I’ve opened a case with PSN asking for a refund, and finally after two weeks they get back having been in touch with EA about my case. EA have basically lied, but this time I’m apparently banned for use of 3rd party software for automating marketplace activity - does anyone know how to do that on a PS4???
anyway it’s clear that EA are full of bull, as a ban for Coin Distribution (innocent) is now being told to EA as use of 3rd party software (again innocent). So EA dont have a consistent story here.
it’s increasingly sounding like the glitch is caused by the companion app which someone else has mentioned previously.
So without any announcement, my account is "unbanned" again - only 6 weeks since the 12th October when it was wrongfully perma banned.
My case with EA is still open - no answer.
I still have not had any emails from EA about a "ban" for "coin distribution". So no official notice has ever been received.
I have not had any explanation from EA, no apology, no offer to compensate the lost tokens (Legend, Crown, Weekly etc) due to lost game time.
EA are a joke. Im a customer, I deserve better treatment than this. Millions of people like me pay your wages and your shareholder dividends. Treat us better.
