[Information Request] Madden 21 Roster Update Error

I am able to play games modes offline but I am constantly getting a roster update error. When it asks me if I would like to try again, I choose yes and it gives me the error again. This is a continuo...

I haven’t been able to play anything online for the past 4 days because I’m unable to download the newest roster. I know the problem isn’t my internet I’ve tried moving locations and it still happens. Anytime I try to download the newest roster it attempts to load and then says “an error has occurred while downloading the latest roster” please help me fix this issue
