Hey, all.
If you're on PC can you provide us a DxDiag in your reply so we can start looking for commonalities why the roster update is being blocked for you? I saw this for past Madden titles and from what I've seen before it could be related to firewall/anti-virus settings. I've seen lighting software cause strange technical issues for Apex Legends too. It may be a program or software everyone is running in the background that we'll need to have the team identify if it's blocking you all from successfully updating the roster.

Community ManagerStill no fix.... This is pathetic dude. Literally payed 60 dollars for a game I can't play online.. and the people that run it can't fix a update roster error?? When you first download the game you have to install the latest roster !! When I click on download the latest roster it says error !!! And I've clicked it 1000 times and nothing... Uninstalled the game and reinstalled nothing... Can we figure this out? It's been months now.. and no my firewall is not blocking the game either...

Community ManagerEvery time I start up madden 21 on pc it doesn’t let me download the latest roster, I’m not sure what the problem is but I can’t play online without downloading your guys’ rosters.
Yeah what is going on, I cannot get anywhere online, it's not my wifi either. I bought this $60 game and I can't even update the rosters, when you try to press yes to download the rosters, it automatically says that you can't download them. The only way to play the game is if you press no when it prompts you to download the rosters.
Ea I like your games, but this needs to be fixed. So can you help me or not
