[Information Request] Madden 21 Roster Update Error

I am able to play games modes offline but I am constantly getting a roster update error. When it asks me if I would like to try again, I choose yes and it gives me the error again. This is a continuo...

Hey folks,

We're looking for some additional information on this issue to pass along to the Madden team. When you have a chance please share the following info: 

- Which platform are you playing on? 

- What is your PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, or EA Account ID?

@EA_Kent Every platform! Dude why does EA drag their feet? Two years in a row this has happened. You see us with an issue the the game isn’t supposed to have. Report it and fix it!
