Ingame voice mute

Is there an option somewhere to turn off the in game mic? I really don't like that I cant hang out in discord unless I want my opponent to hear everything I want to talk about. Also is there an option to turn off opponent mics? Ones with music or fans constantly transmitting are so distracting ☹️

I really hope someone figures this out. I went through every setting possible in game and through origin. I just tried to play a game with my buddy, and there was no way to mute ourselves or each other. What an absolute joke.

They need to fix this ASAP. I don't want to hear my friend's mic when we are in discord. There is no way to mute them, turn them down, or enable push to talk. What an absolute joke.

This needs to be fixed immediately. Its actually ruined the whole squad I was gonna play with from buying the game on PC or even playing the 10 hour Access trial. In game chat sounds bad so we are using discord for VOIP. We just need a push to talk feature in the game so we aren't hot mic'd. I messed with Mic options in Origin's settings and it has no effect on the game itself please allow us to mute opponents or ourselves ingame thank you!

I gave this Information in the EA Chat to an consulant,with an Idea to fix this.

He'll send this to the Stuidos maybe we will get a solution  for this issue.

They need to have a MUTE option.  I just had a top tier player troll our game with his open mic, he had UFC commentary all game turned up loud.  

I won't put his name up here, I have found him on reddit and asked him why he does this...?!   

I suspect more and more troll players will use this tactic to either get people to quit or just a way to put them off their game.

PLEASE EA GIVE US MUTE OPPOSITION OPTION!

such a gross oversight ☹️ how did this get overlooked? makes it nearly impossible to play online! i had to tell my opponent to quit spamming and go to windows settings and put his sound thro his headphones OR else i would spam lol talk about meta game
