I think there should be a way to edit injuries om a custom roster. I edit my own roster every year for my career modes and I can't even use my own custom roster noe because even on my own saved custom roster you put updated Injured Reserved players. Now as a Broncos fan I cant use a player like Cortland Sutton. I want to keep the IR or Pre Existing Injuries on because I want to play a realistic career mode with all of the players on IR that have opted out due to Covid. Now I can't even dp that without EA forcing through every injury onto custom rosters. There should be a roster that has all covid opt outs om IR that won't be effected by constant roster updates every week.

For Online H2H, players can still be subbed into the starting lineup if you press pause and go to the depth chart. For franchise there is an option to disable pre-existing injuries.Some players may still be left on IR though due to their injury being significant enough to carry on to the next season. If you're talking about taking players off IR for when you have roster creation in order to move players around to other teams, feedback on that limitation has been passed along to the team.

This year’s roster changes has been one of the worst for madden, all they have done is Convince me to wait until the end of the post season to buy the game. So I guess I’ll be buying madden at a discount going forward. Thanks EA

IR is generally removed from players at the end of the NFL season. I like your idea of having a different roster with no players on IR though.

Has the final Madden 21 update gone live or will there be another one? Still a lot of players on injured reserve and you can’t release or trade them off-line.

There are still more updates coming out for Madden NFL 21. They plan to do a Franchise update in March.

We need the IR removed from all players at this point. You cant make accurate rosters due to players stuck on IR who really arent.

I’m same way trying to move players around that signed and cut those that are FA and you can’t bec of the IR. The season is over it should be set back to normal?
