Injury Reserve

I've had a player on injury reserve since week 1 and I can't figure out how to reinstate him. It's now week 12, he's been uninjured and it says hes eligible to come off of injury reserve for several weeks now but I can't figure out how to get him back. If you do answer this question please explain the step and what exactly buttons to press like I'm 5. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
