Invalid Request

I'm having an issue with Twitch Prime loot for Madden 18 I'm sure alot of others are too could you help me on why I keep getting an Invalid Request. Because, I have every step done leading up the last step but, I get an error and I can't get my Reggie White PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

I have everything correct as well. I went on to Madden to see if I was putting in the wrong email and it was the exact email I used to like that didn't work. I went at this for 6 hours and Ive given up. Is there an alternate solution? Like, give us the packs personally (if that's possible)?
