Is it intended that H2H losses do not provide any XP anymore?

From my own experiences and others, it seems like losses in H2H matches don't provide any EXP rewards whatsoever anymore. Is this intentional, or a bug that should be reported? [EDIT: slightly mod...

@EA_Blueberry I think that is the whole issue with XP because nobody sticks around in games anymore, so you literally get no XP for playing.

@TheRebel31 that's the reason why I would like to see a revision of H2H rewards. It should be worth playing (i.e. trying to do your best) in every situation of the game. no matter whether the game is already lost or won.

Doing the best might be "kneeling" or "punting" too. it is just a matter of well designing the rewards scheme.
