Is not letting me change my persona on the madden companion app after the update

How can I change my persona on the companion app? Is not giving  me a choice between two accounts.

    The team made a back-end change in hopes it will prove some success. Going to hold off on marking this as solved until we get some others to confirm. Thanks for getting back.

    They said "it's a known issue that is being worked on." Who knows when it will be fixed...wish they would just revert to the last update and figure the problem out.

      @Bluetrumpet1 I have that problem too and EA said they can't fix it. They keep saying that because you have two accounts under the same email it will cause lots of issues and you can't separate them. Ea sucks

    Is there a solution for this yet? I’m still stuck not being able to use my correct persona. 😢

      @bustakillamove No solution yet, sorry. This is still being worked on by the development team. Thanks for hanging in there.

      If you primarily use it for auctions to help reduce the amount of time browsing item prices, I recommend Muthead.com in the meantime. Search the player you're interested in and their site shows what prices these players are going for on each platform.

        @EA_Blueberry Not sure if this helps but I have noticed that all of my accounts show as connected accounts but none of them show up under the connected accounts tab to the left of screen on my EA Account. Not sure if that has anything to do with this issue.

        But this is certainly very inconvenient...I’d like access away from console. Hope this is resolved soon!!

    i have the same problem. This has been going on over a month now and still no fix or even a reply from EA?
