Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my post. So, I’ve been using the Companion App regularly since last year, and have never had an issue with it. Unfortunately, my iPhone automatically updated the Companion App two nights ago, and I have been unable to login since that update. When I attempt to get in I’m met with, “There was a problem communicating with the Madden NFL servers. Please try again later.” My internet connection is great, I have no problems logging in on console (PlayStation4), and when I click to get in here through the App, it shows that servers are up and good. I’ve deleted and re-installed the Companion App four or five times since last night, but have continually been met with that same message. Is there any workaround? Or any possible way for me to get in on the app? Thanks in advance.
