Is not letting me change my persona on the madden companion app after the update

How can I change my persona on the companion app? Is not giving  me a choice between two accounts.

    The team made a back-end change in hopes it will prove some success. Going to hold off on marking this as solved until we get some others to confirm. Thanks for getting back.

This is being investigated by the Madden team but we could use more account examples. Can you help us out by replying to this post with these details?

  • Gamertag/PSN ID
  • Device type
  • When did this start happening to you?

We'll get this passed along to the team ASAP.

ps4/Madden 21 companion app phone

began after the most recent update was downloaded

    I even unlinked the other gamertag that was showing from my EA account, so that only the 1 gamertag is linked, but it still shows my old gamertag in companion app and not the linked one from EA account that I’m logged in with...

      How did you unlink your other account? I have an old one i dont use and just want to remove it.
