This account has been my main and the one I play MUT on. About 2 weeks ago, my girlfriends PSN (Misslynn1111) somehow got linked to my EA account.
now, I can not change personas back to my regular PSN. I can still play Madden on the PS4, but I can not access it on the Madden Companion app.
I have completely removed her PSN from my playstation. Deleted and reinstalled companion app. I have failed at attempting to have her PSN removed from my EA account (which I never added anyhow).
when I log onto EA Account, I can see that both personas are linked but when using the companion app, the only persona available is still hers.
very frustrating. Ive spent around 400$ on my MUT account just for Madden 21 and now I cant access companion app? Buying/Selling cards without it is a serious problem.
As I am certain many many MUT players would agree, Without access to the companion app, I would never spend another dollar.

This is insanity! This app not working completely changes how I play MUT n npw I just can't... Good tho, EA just know how much monwy ypur losing because of this one issue. Its.... A lot!
Sick and tired of this * company. They see our messages and know we are frustrated but they not care. You will slowly lose your fanbase EA if you keep putting your community through this *.
Remember when the companion app worked, and made it possible to auction off cards?? Those were the days, back when i used to actually play madden and would spend my hard earned money on the game. No reason to now
